Don't Cut your hair

I would like to see people becoming more comfortable with the way they age

Why not follow your spirit rather than your actual, chronological age?

I know women who have reached the young age of 50-55 years old. And now, because they are of that age, they have a preconceived notion that they must immediately cut their hair. It matters not if they have beautiful, flowing locks. Somehow it is ingrained in us to think that the masses will look at us as being ridiculous if we keep such a look.

On the same token, even if they have a desire or regimen already involving exercise and have a nice body they would not dare to put on a bikini. They will immediately switch to a one-piece bathing suit, preferably with some shorts, only because they are of a certain age. This really amazes me!

Why allow society to dictate to you how you should look and feel when in fact you do not feel that way.

There are two ages: Chronological and Spiritual

You can feel young in spirit during your entire time here on the planet. No one should dictate to you that you should not do things solely based on your chronological age.
